From birth after you have learned to walk they are your freedom and independence, as anyone who has lost the use of them, even temporarily knows, it is a leg person's world out there!



We don't appreciate them until something goes wrong and we have lost our mobility and independence!

Sometimes whether it is through the work we do, our lifestyle, the fitness regime, hobby, or whatever we do for pleasure or have to do for living and have to use the legs for, we abuse them and find that they are tired, sore, stiff, and it makes us lose motivation.
